Delivery and Refund Policy

Bath deliveries are charged at £80 to the mainland UK (for Scottish Highlands, Grampian, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please contact for a quote). Items ordered without a bath carry a delivery charge of £20.

Your bath and accessories will be securely attached to a pallet and covered in protective wrapping.

Our delivery company will make contact with you within 3 working days to arrange a suitable delivery date – if you are not in to take delivery of your order on the pre-arranged date, you will be responsible for paying any redelivery costs (approx £30).

Your bath will be delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift, the driver will lower the bath off the rear of the vehicle on to a hand pallet truck. The driver will then move the bath to a suitable location (e.g. garage). The pallet truck cannot move over steps or uneven ground so will be left in a suitable place. The courier is unable to deliver the bath into the house unless this can be done with the pallet truck.

When your goods arrive please unpack as soon as possible. When the delivery is signed for by you, you accept that the goods have arrived undamaged. Country Cast Baths Ltd will not be held liable for any damaged goods once they have been signed for. Country Cast Baths Ltd. are not responsible for damage caused following the delivery of the goods.


Any returns must be received by the company within 14 days of their receipt and the Company must be notified in advance of your intention to return the goods. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for the return delivery and pay all associated costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Company will inspect for any damage and if goods are returned undamaged a refund will be given less the cost of the original postage incurred by the Company for the original delivery. The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage or loss of Goods when being returned by the Customer to the Company.
